Delivery Information

We offer same day or next day delivery anywhere in the U.K. and can deliver worldwide if requested.

Our main courier is DPD. There may be some circumstances where we use an alternative service. We will always choose the method which will ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information

If you have your tracking number you can visit the DPD website to track your parcel.

DPD will contact you by text or email to confirm a delivery slot, which you can rearrange if required. If you respond to DPD requesting your parcel be left in a secure location, you are liable for any loss that may occur. If you are not available to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card left for you or contact us for more information.
